Online portal site
The FaraConnect platform is a conveniently designed portal where one can access the data of connected FaraConnect gateways. Moreover, the portal is also available as a mobile application, downloadable via both the Apple App Store and Android’s Google Play.
There are 2 different login options: as an end customer or as an installer.
Through the platform, one can, among other things
- Consult real-time temperatures and graphs
- Consult installation statuses
- Adjust basic parameters (with RS485)
- Automatic temperature reporting
- Send notification in the event of high/low temperature
- Receive notification when the appliance goes offline
As an installer, you also have access to a dashboard where all FaraConnect modules for different end customers are clearly displayed. On a single platform, so easy access from anywhere!
